The Answers To Life

The installation of “The Answers to Life’ addresses our very basic need for space to express ourselves.

Using a computer programme that was specifically developed for this exercise, the installation involves two video panel projections. One asking questions, the other making statements. Together, they are randomly shuffled and matched according to a timed loop, to result in the discovery of profound answers through the collaboration of random questions with statements. A product of Creative United Movement, this fun initiative provides the opportunity to ask active questions and proactively provide solutions that address everyday challenges. Its objectives are 1) to motivate each of us to re-evaluate the present state of our lives and 2) to give us a vocal footprint enabling us to speak up, voice out or declare our minds. Essentially, the dynamics of this platform aims at breaking our given routine by interjecting colour and sense of spontaneity into life.
